Where do you find a Mulligan

We took her to the golf course today. I have made a decision that she will stay in the trunk when we are driving. Of course she can come out when we get there. Although keeping her in the trunk all the time has some appeal. she doesn't really like it back there but it is safer and cleaner. She didn't really smell too good when we came home.

She is a weird dog. She is frightened of so many things - a dog barking on the street sends her bolting with her tail between her legs and yet there is this.

Michael is taking a picture from a chair because really that is the only safe place from her teeth and the way she is growing it won't be safe for long.

She has a weird habit. She doesn't like a bath but she likes taking a bath with Gerry and then rolling in his dry towel. He likes to protect the family jewels - this makes him nervous. He says I can video this next time as long as the camera stays below the knees. Wouldn't want to make people jealous.

Week 1 barely surviving

She is a Manic Depressive

This puppy is weird. Either she is afraid of everything or she is sailing off the deck. G took her out at 4:00 am. Yes that is am in the middle of the night after a time change. He came back white. She either jumped or fell of the deck. Here she is looking down the stairs - too afraid to go down them. Don't worry she can jump right over them. Luckily there is still snow out there.

She is aging us fast.

I think we are keeping her

We were worried that Mully was deaf but it seems that she may be developing an ear infection. the vet who wouldn't stop playing with her cleaned out her ears and she seems much better.

5 Rules for being our dog

I've sat down and explained her the rules

1) no peeing or pooping in the house

2) No putting anything in your mouth except your toys and your food

3)no begging at the table

4)no getting up before 7:15

5) no shedding

I am pretty sure she was listening.

Back in the saddle again

I know I said I was worried about falling in love. Well I am not in love yet, but she is awfully cute. We were worried that she was too timid, but in our house she quickly made herself at home. she has a problem with mirrors, she keeps bumping into them. She didn't like the crate. We put her in and she was launching herself at the top. I thought she was going to hurt herself, but eventually she fell asleep.. She doesn't seem to be food oriented. I think we will not give her supper and let her get hungry tomorrow. She has had a busy day. First car ride (she didn't throw up) new house, new people. Cute puppy.
